Wednesday, September 9th: Goal Setting Clinic

Location: Classroom B (upstairs of Student Recreation Center)
Time: 8pm - 10pm
Topics:

1. Discuss goal setting, balancing triathlon with everyday life, training philosophy and injury recovery, training gear, and receive training template. 2. Distribute a buddy program questionnaire for anyone who is interested in participating.
3. Discuss team jerseys

Music City Triathlon, September 14

Attention Vandy Tri members and new members!! The Music City Triathlon is next weekend. This is exciting because it is an SECTC race and is held just minutes from Vanderbilt Campus at Nashville Shores. Even if you are not racing please come and support the Vanderbrilt Team.
